1. Schedule Your Workouts

Most people are not consistent with exercise. If you want to be able to exercise with confidence, you have to commit. Pick a time of day and make that the same as your workout routine. Everyone is busy; you just have to find the time for it.

The next time you work in a building with an elevator, use the stairs instead of waiting for the elevator. If your building doesn’t have an elevator, park far away and walk, or go for a walk during your lunch break.

Taking the stairs will help you get more exercise. If you live on the top floor of a building, you’ll probably have to climb many stairs, which will help you burn calories and raise your heart rate.

3. Bike to Work
