5 foods that can harm our health

Canned foods: Foods that are canned mostly consist of a high amount of salt. The sodium intake of the canned foods can cause the water to remain in our bodies, that in turn, causes stress. The increased amount of stress causes high blood pressure which causes heart attack or strokes.


Margarine: Margarine consists of processed fats, which is not good for our bodies. The fats tend to get stuck on the walls of the blood vessels, which constricts the flow of blood and causes heart diseases. Excess amounts of margarine consumption can lead to the damage of our liver and kidneys as well.


The consumption of unhealthy foods should be reduced and replaced by the healthy foods as much as possible.
