Tap the music link in the lower left corner to see the sound used by the spinning wheel.
On the audio page, tap the ellipsis (three-dot icon) button in the upper-right corner and select Copy Link.
Go to Safari (on iPhone) or Chrome (on Android) and visit this link.
Paste the link in the “Enter Instagram Video URL” box and hit Enter.
When you hear the sound, hold down the “Save As.” link and select “Download Linked File” or “Download Link”.
After the download is complete, find the M4A audio file in the “Downloads” directory using the Files app (iOS) or File Manager (Android).
