The next step is to prepare the cheese. Take your cheese and cut it into cubes. The important thing is to make the cubes a bit small. If you want to make smoked cheese, you will need to use the cheese at least a few weeks old.

After you have prepared the cheese, then place it in the electric smoker and let it be for a few minutes. It will be enough time for the smoke to penetrate the cheese.

When you are done, then you will need to take the cheese out and store it in an airtight container. After that, you can serve the cheese to your family and friends.
