Meanwhile, a gas kebab machine’s advantage is that it may be used both indoors and outdoors because all you need is a gas tank.

Tips for Buying Your Equipment

  • Research the equipment before buying it.
  • Please don’t buy the cheapest pieces of equipment because they can be easily broken and cost you more on repair than purchasing an expensive but durable one.
  • Find a reliable supplier who has a good service background and good reviews.

Maintenance and Cleaning

  • When cleaning the machine from the outside, make sure the igniter is not broken or distorted. Make certain the tips are free of any grease or oil.
  • The grill should be cleaned regularly to remove any burned meat that may have come into contact during regular operation. And to clean the grills, it is recommended to use steam cleaners.
  • To ensure the equipment’s complete safety, each gas sensor on every burner must be fully operational. 
  • Ensure the flame sensor thermocouple is clean and free of grease or carbon. And if one of these sensors becomes filthy, clean it with a moist cloth while turning off the burner.
  • The Kebab machine’s front panel must be kept free of water and oil. Wipe the front panel clean with a moist cloth regularly to guarantee that the Igniter switch and the main switch are always in full function.
  • Keep the burner front panel free from water to guarantee effective operation of the burners. And to avoid contamination of the burner face, always use the kebab machines with the grill turned on.
  • At all times, avoid cleaning the kebab machines with a damp cloth since there are electrical parts that might short circuit if they come into touch with water. Also, always keep water away from the back electrical socket.
  • Every day, you may use a non-corrosive cleaning solution on a moist cloth to clean the furnace body surface and a power outlet surface after operation. It is also not permissible to rinse water directly.
  • Cut off the power before cleaning to avoid accidents.

Cautions

  • The machine and burner should be placed in a stable position.
  • Keep in mind that liquefied petroleum gas cylinders use low-pressure valves to prevent the use of middle or high-pressure valves.
  • If a leak develops, switch off the gas valve and immediately open the windows to improve ventilation. Also, do not turn off or on the power supply or ignition.
  • Do not place combustible materials on the furnace body, as this may result in burning fire mishaps.

Before starting a kebab business and buying your equipment, you need to do your research first. As such, prepare before you begin purchasing so you won’t waste your time, energy, and money.
