Lunch: One fruit, one vegetable, one starch, and 3.5 oz. protein

Dinner: Repeat same meal as lunch

Evening: High-fiber fruit and one handful of low-carb

Phase III

First Three Weeks

You can eat any fruit you want at this phase, but you should be wary of portion sizes. Here is a sample meal plan:

Breakfast: Berries, two eggs, plain Greek yogurt

Mixed nuts for snacks

Lunch: Salad dressing, burger patty with toppings

Take pear for snacks

Dinner: Lettuce, Fat drained tacos

Sliced apple with peanut butter for snacks

Second Three Weeks

You are gradually consuming more sugar and starch at this phase. Here is a sample meal plan:

Breakfast: Whole-wheat English muffin with jelly or sugar preserves

Take an apple for snacks

Lunch: Veggies, salad, cheese

Orange and yellow raw bell pepper for snacks

Dinner: Guac, low-carb tortilla, sauteed veggies

Sugar-free jello with fruit for snack
